1. In the course of work, for whatever reason or need, in the event SesiaSoft becomes aware of personal informations, they will be collected and processed in accordance to the privacy laws. According to the article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR, the following information are provided.

The holder of data processing is SesiaSoft di Rinotti Alessandro (also called SesiaSoft in this document) having the following address: Via Ventiquattro Maggio, N.16 Sub 1, 13019 Varallo (VC) – Italy.

Personal data provided will be performed for the following purposes:

a. Fulfillment of contractual requirements;
b. Fulfillment of legal and fiscal duties;
c. Bookkeeping, billing, and credit management.

The legal basis for the processing for these purposes is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Art. 6, par. 1, let. b, GDPR) and compliance with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject (Art. 6, par. 1, let. c, GDPR). The processing is performed by means of operations or set of operations in order to: collecting, recording, organizing, retention, accessing, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, collating, using, interconnecting, blocking, reporting, deleting, and destroying data.

2. The processing will be done using electronic tools and paper, by the holder, the manager, and the parties specifically appointed.

3. Data are mandatory for purposes described in paragraph 1, so any refusal to provide data may result in lack of contract execution (complete or partial) and/or interruption of contract.

4. At any time you can exercise your rights towards the holder, under **Articles 15-22 of the European Regulation 2016/679** (including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection) by sending a communication to the Data Controller. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if they consider that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
